Residential Community of the Year – to be eligible, you must also have entered:
Detached at least one plan in categories 26-35 and Site plan categories 22 or 23.
Attached – categories 17-19 or 36-39 and site plan categories 22 or 23.

Masterplan Community of the Year - To be eligible, you must have entered at least one SFD product in categories 26-35 or attached product in categories 36-39. You must also have entered your community in Category 23, Community Site Plan.

Home of the Year - No additional entry fee is required. Winner is selected from the Grand Awards presented in categories 26-35.

Judges Special Awards - Awarded at judges’ discretion, these awards honor extraordinary and unusual projects from any category. No additional entry fee required.
